**About Us**

In Midland, we are fortunate to live in a community with award-winning schools that offer stellar academics, the arts, various clubs, and numerous boys and girls sports for our students. The majority of Dow High School’s student body plays one or more sports. Being part of a team, living a healthy, active lifestyle and setting goals help make these students successful in life. The Dow High Sports Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that encourages the values of sportsmanship, teamwork and character development and recognizes the need for financial support and volunteerism to keep our sports programs strong.

What We Do

The Dow High Sports Booster Club raises money annually for essential items that are not part of the school athletic budget - such as uniforms, balls and tournament fees - and for special requests. Check out the lists below to see where Booster Club dollars go!

Annual Expenses

Supplies for the athletic trainer
Varsity letters and athletic certificates
Uniform purchases - varsity uniforms are replaced on a 5-year rotation
Annual equipment needs including:
- Balls (footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, baseballs, softballs, soccer balls, golf balls, tennis balls, hockey pucks)
- Contributions toward hockey ice time
- Greens/tournament fees
- Competition fees for the pom team
Athletic gear (soccer bags, tennis jackets, golf bags)
HUDL subscription used by the football, volleyball, basketball, soccer and lacrosse team
Special requests by coaches
